Bespoke wedding stationery for a wedding overseas by Pip Pip Designs1) Complete the contact form on our contact page or contact us via email or phone. 

2) We then discuss your specific ideas and wording for the invites.  You chose either designs from our ‘off the shelf range’ or ‘bespoke service’.

3a) If you are using the off the shelf range go to step 5.

3b) If you would like to use our ‘bespoke service’, you will need to let us know which design option you require and pay the appropriate fee listed in example pricing.

4) After 1-2 weeks, you will receive via email your designs relevant to the design option you have chosen.

5) When your design (either bespoke or off the shelf), wording and printing specifics have been chosen a full detailed quotation will be provided.

6) To confirm your order, we will need to know quantities and a deposit of 50% of your total bill.

7) You will then receive printing proof of your chosen designs for you to review and confirm within 2-4 weeks.

8) Once approved, your stationary will go to print.

9) Your final balance will be due before your stationary leaves the studio.

10) You will receive your order via post.
